Releasing Bank Guaranty

Requirement documents / papers for “Releasing Bank Guaranty” at Customs:

(A) For Deem Exporter:

1. Photocopy of “Bank Guaranty”.

2. Utilization Permission or U.D copy or Export Documents, Delivery Challan.

3. Mushok-11 (attested by relevant Customs Inspector).

4. PRC or Certificate from Bank.

(B) For Direct Exporter:

1. Photocopy of “Bank Guaranty”.

2. Bill of Export, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of lading / AWBL, Truck Challan copy.

3. Pass Book copy (Export portion).

4. PRC or Certificate from Bank.

5. EGM (Customs Inspector will collect, if necessary).
