Transferring Factory / Changing Bonded Warehouse

Requirement documents / paper for Transferring Factory / Changing Bonded Warehouse:

            1. Factory land ownership documents or rental papers with attested.

            2. Lay-out plan & approved structural design.

            3. Trade License.

            4. Related association or Chamber of commerce – request (suparish) letter.

            5. NOC from Lien Bank. &

            6. An agreement to bear all liabilities by Tk.300 (Non-Judicial stamp) if any damage of Machineries, 

                Raw-materials, Finished goods at the time of transferring.  

After getting the mentioned documents Customs will approve temporary-permission to transfer the Factory within 07 working days after submitting application. After getting temporary-permission from Customs you should take final-permission to transfer the factory within 02 months by submitting the under papers / documents: 

1. New address added VAT Certificate copy.

2. New address added IRC & ERC copy.

3. New address added Income Tax Certificate copy.

4. BOI amendment Registration copy.

5. New address added Fire License copy.

6. New address added Electricity or Gas Generator Connection certificate.  

After submitting documents the Customs Authority will visit physically at the factory before final approval.

*** Please submit an application to Customs as prior permission Before 2 months of your final activities.
