Requirement papers or documents for applying renewal or Customs Audit or Import Entitlement from Customs:

1. Application by company pad for renewal / Import Entitlement.

2. Renewed Trade License copy.

3. Renewed IRC & ERC copy.

4. VAT Registration Certificate copy.

5. Income TAX or TIN Certificate copy.

6. Original copy of Treasury Challan ( Renewal Fee TK.10,000 + TK.1,500 VAT).

7. Recommendation letter from related association.

8. Fire License copy. 

9. One / Two Crore Taka Bond by Non-Judicial Stap TK.2,000.

10. Import & Export performance statement.

11. List of employee  /officers and workers.

12. Environment certificate.

13. Declaration by Non-Judicial Stap TK.300.

14. Original copy of PRC (Proceeds Realization Certificate).

15. Certificate from Lien Bank.

16. Import Information list from Customs Data-base.

17. Factory land/house rental or ownership documents.

18. Electricity bill copy.

19. DEDO co-efficient copy.

20. List of machineries.  

If Customs Inspector required any papers you've to submit.
